Her caseload varies from short-term intensive rehabilitation, to long term support for individuals with catastrophic life changing injuries. Previously Charlotte has gained experience in both the NHS (most recently as a Neurology Specialist OT) and Social Care (as a Housing and Equipment Specialist, Reablement Lead, and Manual Handling Trainer / Deputy Advisor) giving her a robust clinical grounding along with excellent skills and knowledge that our clients find invaluable.

Charlotte is a member of the Specialist Sections of Neurological Practice, and Independent Practice and undertakes regular CPD to maintain and further develop her skills. She has developed services locally, nationally and internationally, and has developed processes and outcome measures which formed part of the NHS Reablement Toolkit. She is also is actively involved in the wider aspects of the OT Profession including writing for journals, developing opportunities for student education within the Independent Sector and providing peer support through the role of Regional Representative for the COT-SSIP and via Social Media.

Sophie Liddle

Sophie joined Occupational Therapy Norfolk in early 2018 – with a leap of faith into independent practice after spending several months considering her career path. She stepped away from 14 years of working as an OT in a range of statutory and charity sectors (with other experience prior to qualifying) and into the great world of independent Occupational Therapy. She has a passion for adult rehabilitation and enjoys using her creative skills within her practice. She also has a very keen interest in working with older people and ensuring their postural needs and quality of life are maximised whatever their age or ability. She joint works some of our busier and more complex cases alongside Charlotte – ensuring a consistent and robust service.

Laura Read

Laura joined the team during the COVD-19 global pandemic but that didn’t stop her getting stuck in and utilising her diverse skills to support our clients rehabilitation. Bringing a mix of clinical, research and education skills to the team she also helps keep a strong focus on evidenced based practice across the team! Her excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills means she adapts quickly and devises excellent goal focused, holistic plans for each individual she works with. She has a great mix of orthopaedic, neurology, and amputee experience. She has also helped develop our links with the University of East Anglia and we enjoy welcoming increasing numbers of students to OT Norfolk for their practice placement experience.

Donna Hardwick

Donna joined Occupational Therapy Norfolk in November 2018 as Rehabilitation Co-Ordinator / Assistant, and we are so glad she joined the team. She has excellent attention to detail and commitment, to supporting both the therapy and administrative side of OT Norfolk. Donna can often be found assisting our therapists with case research and activity, administration, and putting into action some of our therapy programmes overseen by our therapists. This enables our clients opportunities for rehabilitation to be maximised and where appropriate lower costs incurred too – a win win situation.

BeeLee Crampsie

BeeLee joined the team in 2020 to provide key records management support ensuring our records and particular the huge amount of email correspondence we have is well managed and reflected accurately in our clinical records system.

Claire Heyes

Claire joined the team in 2021 to provide further administration support focused on monitoring the progress of our rehabilitation programmes, records management, auditing and subject access request.
