As a provider of Health Services we know the importance of your patients health and well-being is paramount.

We provide a range of services that can assist you in meeting the needs of your patient group; either directly commissioned by yourselves, or often as a resource you can signpost to. Either way, we are constantly developing our services to meet the needs of the local population.

Much of the information you require can be found across our website, but key examples of services includes:

• Advice and assessment for individuals abilities to return to work.
• Condition management advice and support including one to one and group work for Anxiety Management, Relaxation, Fatigue Management and Condition Specific Advice.
• Advice and assessment for equipment and adaptations – particularly for your patients who would prefer not to access, or wait, for statutory services. We provide prompt, flexible and holistic assessments of needs.
• Rehabilitation and reablement.

We are more than happy to come and discuss the specific needs of your patient groups, and regularly work with providers to develop services specific to your need, just contact us and we’ll arrange a time convenient with you, or alternatively feel free to recommend / signpost to our services to your patients on a case by case basis.
