We assess, and review, the health and functional abilities of individuals and provide a detailed report and recommendations – this may include suggestions for rehabilitation, or modifications that may enable an individual to return to their role, or in some instance provide necessary evidence for reviewing their suitability for the post (or other posts within your organisation if applicable).
