We know how important it is to get the most out of life; whether you are three or ninety three, and that’s the basis behind our work - As Occupational Therapists we have the skills and experience to help you, or your relative or friend, find ways to increase your independence and ability to participate in activities that are important to you.

We offer a range of services, always based around the key principles of Occupational Therapy; a comprehensive, holistic assessment of your abilities, and recommendations that are aimed at improving your independence - this might be through rehabilitation, advice or possibly equipment and adaptations.

  • Struggling to manage getting around your home, or with daily activities?
  • Advice on maintaining independence?
  • Advice on equipment and adaptations not available through statutory services?
  • Self management courses including relaxation, anxiety management and fatigue management - check our News and Events for current and upcoming courses and groups.

We understand how important your wishes and goals are, and therefore we only use experienced therapists that have the appropriate skills and abilities to work flexibly with you to find solutions that are right for you.
